Cliff Jones RV & Tractor, located in Sealy, Texas is hiring an experienced Service Technician to Commission, Service and Repair Tractors, Zero Turn Mowers, UTV's, and Skid Steers. Our business is BOOMING and we have more business than we can handle! We Proudly Service and Repair- Mahindra, Kioti, Bad Boy, Gravely, and Segway.

Key Responsibilities Diagnose issues:

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, gas and diesel engine systems.

Repair equipment:

Fix agricultural tractors, implements, and utility vehicles.

Perform maintenance:

Complete routine preventive care and scheduled services.

Assemble inventory:

Unpackage, build, and run pre-delivery inspections to OEM specs.

Document work:

Log accurate service work orders and communicate repair status.

Train customers:

Conduct equipment walkthroughs with our customers, highlighting service points and maintenance intervals.

Maintain shop:

Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Associate degree or a minimum of 3 years in a service/repair shop.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of diesel engines, PTOs, chassis, fuel systems and hydraulics.

Tools:

Candidates must own a complete set of hand and power tools.

License:

Valid driver's license required.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
