Job Description
Who We Are… Scholars of Houston is a fresh, new Mathnasium franchise serving the greater Houston area. Our vision is to bring quality math education to every child in our community—building confident students who understand the foundations of math, think critically, and solve problems with skill. We prepare students for the tests they'll face in high school and set them on a path toward the best educational opportunities in the world. We meet each child where they are and build a custom program to elevate their math skills over time. What You Will Do… Our future leaders start right here! Our program allows for the recruitment, training, and professional development of exceptional individuals who embody the integrity, mission, and values of Mathnasium. As a Mathnasium Management Trainee, your learning will be hands-on. You'll take care of customers, connect with your community, live our values, and learn what goes into managing a successful learning center. We will empower you to experience, explore, and thrive with support and training every step of the way. Our promote-from-within culture means you can have many unique careers all within the same company. What kind of training will be provided to me? There are four stages that each Trainee will have to complete . The four stages are Instructor, Lead Instructor, Assistant Center Director and Center Director. As you complete the program, you will learn to utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including responsibility over profit and loss, customer service, hiring/training staff, optimizing the enrollment process, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and your surrounding community.
