This position will work closely with Production Leadership and continue developing as we expand our training efforts. Primary Functions and Duties 1. Lead and oversee the training for all assigned employees. 2. Work 1x1 with each employee to ensure they are performing each skill correctly. 3. Serve as support for all training efforts as they relate to Production needs 4. Work closely with the Training Manager and Production Leads and Supervisors, communicating daily. 5. Complete an accurate performance review each week for each employee in training. 6. Attend monthly meetings focused on leadership fundamentals and other relevant topics. Required Qualifications 7. 1 year experience. 8. Must be able to perform all duties of General Production and coil all hose types at standard speeds 9. Understanding a Finish Spec Sheet and teaching others 10. Finishing and packing a hose according to Quality and customer guidelines 11. Putting ends on and crimping vinyl hoses 12. Finishing Soaker hoses 13. Shared production tasks such as labeling boxes, operating a pallet jack and troubleshooting equipment used for production such as strappers, crimpers and tape machines. 14. Dedicated to creating a supportive, efficient work environment. 15. Desire to grow within the company. 16. Follow all safety and dress code regulations. 17. Good Attendance 18. No Safety write ups within 30 days • Salary commensurate with experience Job Type • Full-time Physical Demands Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Ability to routinely lift/move up to 50 pounds Ability to maintain a moderate level of visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time as required. Ability to operate necessary office equipment, computer software, hardware and equipment at a high level. Ability to perform the following physical activities: fine manipulating with hands, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
