Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Business Partner to provide organized, responsive support for learning and development operations. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can coordinate training activities, maintain accurate records, and keep communication flowing across multiple stakeholders. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable managing schedules, tracking completion data, and supporting onboarding and training initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training calendars by arranging sessions through Dayforce and Outlook and ensuring all scheduling details are accurate.
- Oversee enrollment activity by handling registrations, sending participant communications, and confirming attendance information.
- Track required learning completion, review compliance status, and perform audits to maintain accurate training records.
- Assist with orientation for new team members by organizing logistics, preparing communications, and helping create a smooth onboarding experience.
- Manage the shared learning and development inbox by answering inquiries, routing requests, and following up as needed.
- Prepare reports and share relevant training data with stakeholders to support planning and decision-making.
- Maintain learning files, reference materials, and training resources so information remains current and accessible.
- Develop and revise standard operating procedures, job aids, and other process documentation to support consistent execution.
- Edit recorded training content, upload final materials into Dayforce, and support event follow-up activities after training sessions.
