Responsibilities Conduct new hire orientation and employee training Deliver classroom and hands on field training Provide safety related training and refresher courses Assist employees with Operator Qualifications training and assessments Maintain accurate employee training records Track required training, certifications, and expiration dates Develop training materials, presentations, quizzes, and other learning resources Work with supervisors and management to identify training needs Provide additional coaching to employees when needed Assist with company Learning Management System training assignments and records Ensure training materials remain current with company procedures and applicable requirements Promote a professional, positive learning environment Qualification Bilingual English and Spanish is
REQUIRED
Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups Ability to explain technical information in a clear and practical way Ability to work independently and manage multiple training schedules Valid driver's license required Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new software Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to create professional training presentations, documents,spreadsheets, and reports Comfortable using online training platforms and learning management systems Ability to organize digital files, maintain electronic training records, and enter data accurately Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot basic computer or software issues Knowledge of natural gas utility construction is a plus Experience in construction, utilities, safety, training, or a related field is a plus OSHA or other safety training experience is a plus Join us in creating enriching experiences that empowers our employees to grow confidently and thrive.
