Logistics Specialist - Fielding & Equipment Training III BES Solutions, Inc - 3.0 Fort Belvoir, VA Job Details Full-time $135,000 - $154,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Life insurance Qualifications Materials management in logistics Secret Clearance DoD experience Automated systems Operations planning Full Job Description Position Summary BES Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Logistics Specialist - Fielding & Equipment Training III professionals to support planning, programming, and execution of Army equipment fielding operations and New Equipment Training. The position provides senior-level logistics expertise and coordinates fielding and training requirements among Government organizations, Army commands, and receiving units. Security Clearance Active SECRET security clearance required at the time of employment/start of contract performance. Candidate must be able to maintain the required security clearance throughout employment. Duties and Responsibilities Provide senior-level logistics expertise for planning, programming, and executing fielding operations and New Equipment Training. Conduct strategic and campaign planning for fielding operations. Prioritize receiving organizations and develop execution plans. Support stock-level management, accountability of issued items, and shortage management. Prepare and deliver program briefings. Interface with ASAALT, AMC, Army Commands, and receiving units regarding logistic and training requirements. Organize, direct, and coordinate fielding activities. Assist with staffing Materiel Fielding Plans and New Equipment Fielding Plans. Support total-package fielding and Government Furnished Equipment tracking. Maintain accurate property-accountability information associated with materiel fielding. Oversee equipment issue in accordance with approved Basis of Issue. Support establishment, vetting, and training of fielding teams. Support New Equipment Training and other required PM training activities. Special Knowledge / Qualifications Certified Trainer with a minimum of six months of training time. Experience using Logistics Automated Systems. Prior jump certification when required for the assigned position. Preferred Qualifications Army equipment fielding and NET experience. Materiel Fielding Plan experience. Property-accountability experience. Experience supporting Army acquisition or sustainment programs.
