Training Coordinator Details:

Contract to Hire position $30.00 /hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm) Deliver and support engaging training programs for supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees in a manufacturing environment Provide hands-on coaching through Train-the-Trainer methods, teaching job instruction, skills development, and training best practices Collaborate cross-functionally to develop training materials, implement training plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend process improvements to enhance employee performance and operational success

Training Coordinator Qualifications:

10+ years of experience training employees in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device or similar industry preferred) Experience with Train-the-Trainer methods, TWI, Job Instruction, or adult learning principles Proven ability to develop and deliver hands-on training programs and maintain training documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems such as SAP Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing or engineering environment Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
