Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Youth Development Professional to inspire and support young minds in a dynamic, engaging environment. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing space where children and adolescents can learn, grow, and thrive. Your enthusiasm for working with children will help foster positive development, build confidence, and promote lifelong skills. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on youth while developing your own skills in education, mentorship, and leadership. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development for children and youth. Manage program spaces effectively to ensure safety and engagement. Provide guidance and support during recreational activities, sports coaching sessions, arts and theater programs, or tutoring sessions. Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining vigilant supervision and applying first aid when necessary. Foster a positive environment by encouraging teamwork, respect, and inclusivity among participants Requirements At least 18 years of age, experience working with youth preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check
Pay:
$16.55 - $17.00 per hour
