Overview $100,000-$120,000 base + uncapped performance bonuses | $200,000+ potential yearly earnings Palm Construction is looking for an experienced in-home sales manager to run day-to-day performance and training of our Federal Way sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who has lived in-home construction sales, knows how to close, and wants to lead a team. The role You'll own the daily performance of a team of in-home sales reps — all running on company-provided, dispatched leads.

You will:

Lead the team Support reps in real time while they're in the home with a client: pricing, discounts, and helping close Set daily and weekly goals, track performance, and report production to leadership Work with Dispatch to keep every lead covered and reps efficient Drive volume through add-on projects that build value Keep the culture positive and accountable Build the team Recruit, phone screen, and interview new sales reps to fill each training cohort Run new-hire training classes on our sales process and product knowledge Take new reps on ride-alongs for live coaching in the field Run weekly sales meetings on mindset, skills, and product knowledge, based on what the numbers show Check in on every rep in their first 90 days and coach them to their first sales Compensation $100,000-120,000 base + uncapped performance bonuses $200,000+ potential yearly earnings Saturdays off, Friday afternoons off What we're looking for

Required:

3-5 years in high-performance, commission-based in-home construction sales (one-call close) 1+ years managing in-home sales teams Experience training, onboarding, or coaching new salespeople Proven ability to close and retain new business same-day at an above-average level Strong communication and leadership skills, comfortable leading a room Comfortable working from the office and supporting reps in customers' homes on evening appointments About Palm Construction We're a family-owned, veteran-operated general contracting company — over 3,000 projects completed in 2025, more than $250M in sales over the last 5 years, and the #1 Trex Pro Platinum Decking Installer on the West Coast.
