  • 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available) Industry aerospace/ aviation (Architecture and Engineering Occupations) Reference number S_179121 Job details Spherion is seeking a motivated Instructor to join the training department of a major aerospace manufacturer.
In this role, you will deliver existing curriculum and lead practical demonstrations to help employees master essential manufacturing systems.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Pay rate: $32.00 per hour (paid weekly) ...
  • Overtime opportunities: $48.00 per hour
  • Mileage reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for qualifying commutes beyond the closest work location

Potential for contract extension or direct hire based on performance
WORK LOCATIONS
Flexibility to work at any of the following regions is required: 1. Central (Primary): Renton and Seattle 2.
North:
Everett 3.
South:
Auburn (1st shift only)
SHIFT SCHEDULES
Shift times may be adjusted by approximately one hour.
  • 1st
Shift:
5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
  • 2nd
Shift:
2:30 PM to 11:30
PM Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lesson plans and training materials based on industry standards.
  • Provide theoretical and hands-on instruction using relevant tools and equipment.
  • Help develop curriculum and improve the quality of education.
  • Maintain a safe learning environment and follow all safety protocols.
Working hours:
5:30 AM
  • 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
  • Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, adhering to all institutional and industry safety protocol
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to instruct technical courses in the Aerospace industry
  • Manage basic technology to deliver training
  • Prior teaching or instructional experience is a plus but not required
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
  • Ability to teach a variety of aerospace courses. This role involves providing training in several key areas, including electrical installations, mechanical skills, sealant application, and environmental health and safety.
  • Only US Citizens are eligible for this level of a project
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner
