Job Description

3B Method is a premium, coach-led training concept focused on Burn Fat, Build Muscle, and Balance Lifestyle . We specialize in highly coached small-group personal training, individualized programming, and long-term health and performance. Our clients expect expertise, professionalism, and intentional coaching—and we deliver exactly that. We are looking for an experienced Personal Trainer / Small Group Coach who is ready to take ownership of their craft, build a strong client base, and grow within an established brand. Who This Role Is For This position is for an experienced trainer. We are seeking a coach who: Has real coaching experience Is confident leading individuals and groups Wants to build a sustainable, well-paid coaching career Cares deeply about results, relationships, and professionalism Responsibilities Coach small group personal training sessions (typically 4-8 clients) Deliver high-quality 1:1 personal training as needed Lead structured strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning sessions Provide coaching that is technically sound, engaging, and individualized Build and retain a personal training client roster Track client progress and outcomes (strength, body composition, habits) Uphold and elevate the 3B Method brand experience Collaborate with leadership on programming, systems, and growth Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming training environment Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of coaching or personal training experience (required) Proven ability to coach strength training with proper mechanics Experience leading small group or semi-private training Strong communication and people skills Professional, reliable, and coachable Passion for long-term health, strength, and body composition Ability to modify and individualize workouts for different abilities Preferred (but not required): CrossFit, NASM, CSCS, ACE Experience with nutrition coaching or habit-based lifestyle coaching Background in athletics, strength & conditioning, or performance training

$25.00 - $55.00 per hour
