(https://www.columbiacu.org/careers/) What You'll Do Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs for onboarding, banking operations, lending, products, services, and employee development Create instructional materials including e-learning modules, presentations, videos, job aids, surveys, and facilitator guides. Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions that support employee performance and career growth. Analyze training effectiveness using reporting, learner feedback, completion metrics, retention data, promotion outcomes, and ROI. Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and training databases. Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and recommend innovative development solutions. Keep training content current, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate training logistics, resources, and vendor-supported learning opportunities.
