Send to Friend The Dealer Development Specialist supports the growth of the Kuhn North America dealer network by managing CRM tools, merchandise programs, signage programs, and customer feedback. This role develops resources for distribution partners, ensures customer and machine data accuracy, and collaborates across teams to enhance both dealer and customer experiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. CRM - Customer Relations Management Serve as primary contact subject matter expert for CRM activities. Support planning of Dynamics activities, extractions, and mailings. Develop queries as needed. Create activities and campaigns. Coordinate maintenance of data quality and address verification, and periodic reviews of customer data to identify and merge duplicate customer records. Collaborate with IT on issues or improvements of the tool. Customer Surveys Coordinate KUHN's customer survey initiatives. Support internal teams with survey software to design questionnaires, execute surveys, and follow up mailings to customers. Serve as subject matter expert on survey software. Merchandise & eStore Management Manage Gifts & Gear merchandise, including item research/design, pricing, inventory receipt, and margin calculations for dealer, public, employee and corporate sites. Create and update mall front images, news items on KUHN TV, and social media materials. Track orders, monitor sales, and process payments for KUHN-owned and on-demand items. Provide invoices and information to Accounting Department. Coordinate product photography with Marketing Communications Department and create promotional assets for use online and in printed materials for dealers and internal use. Plan eStore promotional campaigns and collaborate with Marketing Communications Department to support placements. Monitor usage of promotional items by departments and report summaries to the Accounting Department monthly for budgets. Provide quarterly usage reports to department managers and Director of Sales. Coordinate quality inspections with Receiving Department to ensure items meet specifications. Dealer Programs & Events Manage KNA's Dealer Event Kit program, including budget planning, content selection, and dealer qualification criteria. Track and report usage. Support dealer events with brochures, coupons, and post cards to support business development. Manage dealer sign programs including sourcing, pricing, brochures, and order forms. Communications & Administrative Support Process dealer requests for warranty registration corrections. Create, maintain, and distribute spreadsheets to support business development. Draft, edit, and proofread business communications, policies, and reports. Serve as backup for dealer communications. Contribute to continuous improvement of dealer development processes, tools, and procedures. Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's or associate degree in agri-business, marketing, communications or administration. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat, internet research, and survey platforms. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is preferred. Knowledge of the agricultural industry is a plus.
