Job Description

As a Skills Trainer your role will be providing support, training, and direction through coaching and mentoring to individuals with disabilities/disadvantages working in multiple departments doing various tasks. This is a part time position working up to 25 hours per week. You will work in collaboration with the job developer or supervisor on any significant issues that occur. Responsibilities include implementing training plans, coaching and mentoring (may include re-showing work tasks, providing verbal cues or visual aids etc.)
