Join Uline Inc., a leading North American distributor, as a Customer Service Trainer supporting our fast-paced wholesale operation. In this on-site role, you will design, deliver, and refine training programs that equip customer service teams to handle high volumes accurately while maintaining exceptional service standards. Partnering closely with leadership, you'll analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted workshops, job aids, and system training. This role is ideal for a hands-on trainer who thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment with clear goals and strong opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities Design and update customer service training programs for wholesale operations. Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions for customer service teams. Assess performance and identify skill gaps through metrics and observations. Develop training materials, job aids, and e-learning content. Coach and mentor staff to improve call handling, accuracy, and service quality. Collaborate with operations leaders to align training with business goals. Track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback. Ensure training reflects current products, systems, and procedures. Support continuous improvement of customer experience processes. Maintain organized training schedules and documentation.
