Sussex, Wisconsin About Champion Power Equipment Founded in 2003, Champion Power Equipment is a market leader in power generation equipment. Champion has years of experience providing dependable and durable power products designed and engineered in the US for the North American and world markets. Description HSB Dealer Training Specialist will develop and execute dealer training programs, provide technical product education, and support Champion's Home Standby dealer network throughout the United States and Canada. Essential Functions Develop and execute the dealer training program for Home Standby product line in US and Canada. Coordinate and solicit Champion Home Standby product training to support increased product line growth and dealer acceptance in defined territories. Utilize technical presentation and hands-on skills to effectively educate dealer base on product operation, service, and installation best practices via in-person and various multi-media formats. Create and update technical manuals for installation and operation, repair manuals, and service support documents. Maintain and update the Home Standby product dealer portal. Ensure compliance with all internal auditing and administration policies.
Travel:
Future remote training possible. Position based in Sussex, WI. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Minimum 5 years' training experience involving single phase power generation, residential HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or other appliances and installed products. Results driven, technically capable, teamwork oriented, self-starter. Proficient in Windows-based systems including Microsoft Office products. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
