Job Description

Overview Schillful Supports LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Per Diem Caregiver/Skills Trainer (CST) supporting a young adult with autism in his home. This position offers meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment. As a Per Diem CST, you will be offered a selection of available shifts at least two weeks before the end of each month for the following month. You must select and commit to at least 6 shifts per month (1st, 2nd 3rd (sleep) and weekend shift options. This structure allows for advance planning while maintaining flexibility.

  • Assist with daily living tasks including hygiene, grooming, and dressing

  • Communicate clearly with the individual, their family, and the team
  • Provide positive behavior support Requirements
  • Experience working with adult with cognitive/developmental disabilities
  • Background in caregiving or direct support preferred
  • Basic computer skills for logging data and completing documentation
  • Must be 18 or older, with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
  • Physically able to bend, lift, twist, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods
  • Strong work history demonstrating committment to long-term employment
