GENERALIST SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Development Generalist is a versatile, full-time role supporting all areas of the Development Department at Wyoming Rescue Mission. This position assists with direct mail and digital marketing, website and social media management, donor database and communications, collateral production, public relations and media outreach, fundraising events, grant research and reporting, and corporate partnerships. This position is Full-Time, Exempt.

QUALIFICATIONS

Spiritual:

Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and confess Him as their personal Lord and Savior. (John 3:16, Acts 4:12) Endeavor to live a Godly life in public and private, thereby providing a Christian role model for those we seek to reach. (1 Peter 1:13-16) Agree with the WRM Statement of Faith. Vocational Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university, in such fields as marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent people skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficient and error free abilities. Effectiveness at creating workable structures, goal setting with timelines, and execution. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
