Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming services, pet care tips, and any observed health concerns. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs promptly. Assist with dog handling during appointments, ensuring a calm and positive experience for both pets and owners. Basic qualifications Proven experience in pet grooming with a strong understanding of various breeds and their grooming requirements.
