Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Kennel Technician. This position requires a love for dogs, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Care for dogs including feeding, walking, and cleaning kennels Monitor dog health and behavior and report concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Assist with check-in and check-out of dogs Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone Help manage appointments, records, and basic transactions Work with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic computer skills Availability for weekends and holidays
Skills:
Handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely Feeding, walking, and providing daily care for dogs Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining kennel areas Customer service and client communication Scheduling appointments and managing records Basic computer skills (MS Office, kennel management software, reservation systems) Multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment Teamwork and collaboration Problem-solving and handling unexpected situations calmly
Preferred Experience:
