Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide grooming services to dogs and/or cats
- Perform bathing, brushing, and hair trimming according to client specifications
- Trim nails, clean ears, checking of glands and perform other basic grooming tasks
- Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during the grooming process
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
- Communicate with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions or concerns
Experience:
- 3 years experience as a pet groomer
- Knowledge of different grooming techniques for various breeds of dogs and/or cats
- Familiarity with animal care and handling techniques
- Ability to safely restrain animals during grooming procedures
- Experience with heavy lifting as some pets may require assistance
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
