As our part-time Dog Concierge you will be the first point of contact for all clients at Sol Dog Lodge and Training Center. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage client communications, scheduling appointments, taking payments, handling check-ins and check-outs and ensuring that all clients and their dogs have a positive and happy experience. As the face of Sol Dog Lodge you will need strong communication and organizational skills. You will need deep attention to detail, proficiency with many types of computers systems, CRM software such as GINGR and great phone and texting skills. You will work with a team of amazing professionals and will need to assist all departments to ensure scheduling, appointments are booked properly and required vaccination records are up to-date in a timely manner. This is a part-time position working approximately 25-29 hours per week. The anticipated weekly schedule will be within the following time frames:
Monday:
1:00pm•6:30pm
Tuesday:
1:00pm•6:30pm
Thursday:
1:00pm•6:30pm
Friday:
1:00pm•6:30pm
Saturday:
8:00am•5:00pm The above listed times are representative and may be adjusted based on the needs of the organization. We are a growing organization and would love to have someone with open availability and flexibility to grow with us!
