You keep 100% of every visit fee, 100% of tips, and 100% of holiday surcharges. Nothing is held back. What you'd earn 30-minute drop-in or walk — $14.00 45-minute drop-in or walk — $15.00 60-minute drop-in or walk — $18.00 Sleepover, 7pm-7am — $60.00 Extended sleepover, 7pm-7am plus 2 hours midday — $90.00 VIP live-in, 7pm-7am plus 10am-4pm — $120.00 Fees increase the longer you're with us and the more you bring to the team. Mileage supplement of $0.70 per mile on any visit more than 10 miles from home. Out-of-hours visits carry a $4 uplift and holiday visits $9 — all of it yours. Visits are typically clustered near your home, but travel time between them is your own. What people actually earn It varies a lot and we'd rather be straight about it. A contractor taking a handful of visits a week earns a few hundred dollars a month. Contractors who make themselves widely available — including sleepovers and holidays — have earned over $3,000 in a busy holiday month. Most sit somewhere between. What you earn is driven by the availability you give us and how far you're willing to travel, not by how long you've been here. How it works You give us a three-month rolling availability. We match you with clients near you, in the slots you've offered. No minimum hours — you accept what works. Everything runs through the Time to Pet app: bookings, client profiles, GPS check-in and check-out, visit reports, client messaging. We're reachable 24/7. A problem with a pet, a schedule or a client is our call to take, not yours to solve alone. Invoices finalise at month end and are paid at the start of the following month. What the work actually involves Drop-in visits to pets in their own homes — feeding, fresh water, litter trays, clean-up Dog walks of 30 to 60 minutes, in all weathers including Phoenix summer heat Administering medication where a pet needs it Overnight sleepovers and extended live-in stays in the client's home GPS check-in and check-out, plus a written visit report with photos after every visit Keeping owners updated through the app on behaviour, appetite, and anything that seems off Not part of this role: grooming, training, transporting pets to vet appointments, or boarding pets in your own home. What we need from you Paid or volunteer experience with animals — professional sitting or walking, shelter work, veterinary or grooming. This is a requirement, not a preference. Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence. A smartphone. Willingness to complete a thorough background check before being assigned any clients. We cover the cost.
