Dog Groomer We're looking for a talented, caring, and dependable Dog Groomer to join our team! We're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with dogs and takes pride in providing quality grooming and a great experience for both pets and their owners. What you'll be doing: Providing professional dog grooming services, including baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and breed-specific grooming Handling dogs safely and compassionately throughout the grooming process Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe grooming environment Communicating with pet parents about their dog's grooming needs Creating a positive, friendly experience for every client and their pet Helping with front desk duties when needed, including assisting clients, answering phones, scheduling, and other general shop tasks Working together with coworkers to keep the salon running smoothly What we're looking for: Experience in professional dog grooming Comfortable working with dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments Patient, dependable, and friendly Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Reliable attendance and punctuality are important Able to communicate respectfully and effectively with coworkers Willing to help the team with tasks outside of grooming when needed Able to work independently while also being a team player We're looking for someone who is dependable, communicates well, and wants to be part of a positive team environment. Everyone plays a role in keeping the salon running smoothly, so being willing to help coworkers and assist with front desk duties when needed is an important part of the position. Commission-Based Pay:

This position is paid on a commission basis, with earnings based on the grooming services you provide. The more you groom, the more you can earn. We offer a commission structure designed to reward quality work, productivity, and excellent customer service.
