Job Description

We are a growing friendly, fast-paced pet grooming salon that takes pride in delivering excellent care to pets and exceptional service to their owners. We are currently hiring for two key roles: Receptionist and Dog Bather (seasonal) . Whether you're great with people, animals, or both — we'd love to hear from you. Receptionist As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming environment for clients and help keep our day running smoothly. Ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities (seasonal position): Greet clients and their pets with a friendly attitude Answer phones, respond to messages, and manage appointment bookings Check pets in and out for appointments Handle payments and maintain accurate client records Keep the lobby and front desk area tidy and organized Assist with light cleaning and supply stocking as needed
Qualifications:
Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and temperaments Strong phone and computer skills Organized, friendly, and professional Able to multitask in a busy environment Must be available to work weekends Dog Bather (seasonal position) This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who loves working with animals and doesn't mind getting a little wet and hairy.
Responsibilities:
Bathe, brush, and blow-dry dogs of all breeds and sizes Ensure animals are comfortable, clean, and safe Help maintain cleanliness of grooming and bathing areas Monitor pets for any signs of stress or health concerns
Qualifications:
Experience handling dogs is a plus but not required — we will train the right person Must be comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels Physically able to lift dogs (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for animals required Must be available to work weekends
