Meridian K9 Resorts in Chico, CA Are you an experienced dog groomer looking for a place to grow your own grooming business and build your clientele? We are offering an opportunity for an independent dog groomer to use our existing professional dog-care space and grooming setup while developing their own grooming business, client base, and schedule. This is a great opportunity for a groomer who wants the independence of running their own business without having to start completely from scratch. What We Offer Professional grooming space within an established dog-care environment Opportunity to build and manage your own clientele Flexible scheduling Potential access to an existing customer base A professional, dog-friendly environment Opportunity to grow your business over time Arrangement can be discussed based on your experience and business needs You Would Be Responsible For Providing professional grooming services Managing your own appointments and clients Building and maintaining your own clientele Communicating directly with your customers Handling dogs safely and professionally Maintaining a clean and organized grooming area Providing a positive experience for both dogs and their owners Managing your own business operations We're Looking For Someone Who Has professional dog grooming experience Is confident handling a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments Is dependable, professional, and self-motivated Has excellent customer service and communication skills Takes pride in their work Wants to grow a long-term grooming business Is comfortable working independently This is not a traditional employee position. We are looking for someone interested in operating and growing their own grooming business while utilizing our space and established environment. The rental/commission arrangement, equipment, scheduling, and other details can be discussed with the right candidate. $33,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
