Our Folsom salon has been operating since January 2025 and has an established and growing customer base . We continue to actively invest in marketing, customer acquisition, and appointment generation to drive new and repeat grooming clients into the salon. If you're an experienced groomer who takes pride in your work, enjoys building relationships with Pet Parents, and wants the opportunity to grow a loyal book of repeat clients, we'd like to talk with you. Compensation & Opportunity $20/hour 20% Grooming Commission 100% of your tips Approximately 25-35 hours per week Established and growing customer base Active marketing to generate grooming appointments Opportunity to build a strong repeat clientele Employee discounts on premium pet products Growth opportunities within an expanding organization What You'll Be Doing As a Professional Pet Groomer, you'll provide full-service grooming based on each pet's individual needs, including: Full-service dog grooming Breed-specific and customized haircuts Bathing, drying and brushing De-shedding services Nail trimming and filing Ear cleaning and general grooming care Recommending appropriate grooming services and add-ons Communicating with Pet Parents before and after appointments Maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary grooming environment Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has professional dog grooming experience Can confidently complete grooms from start to finish Is comfortable working with a variety of breeds, sizes and coat types Has strong pet-handling and safety skills Is dependable and professional Provides excellent customer service Works well as part of a team Takes pride in the quality of their work Wants to grow their clientele and earning potential Why Pet Evolution Folsom?
