  • Dog Daycare Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our dog daycare facility.
This role requires a reliable individual who excels in scheduling, client communication, and maintaining efficient office procedures. The Office Manager will also be cross-trained in dog care and daily operations to provide support when needed, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for clients and their pets. Responsibilities Manage daily office tasks including scheduling appointments, reservations, and staff shifts to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and other organizational tools. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide exceptional customer service. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation. Support dog care operations by assisting with daily activities as needed, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring pets. Assist with staff coordination and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols. Cross-train in dog care responsibilities to provide coverage during busy periods or staff absences. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience with spreadsheets for data management and reporting purposes. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to learn about dog care practices and assist with daily operational tasks when necessary.
