Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Facilitate engaging in-person and live virtual learning for associates across functions and levels. Adapt delivery, pace, activities, and examples to the audience while managing group dynamics and learner needs. Use discussions, scenarios, role plays, demonstrations, and breakout sessions to support engagement and application. Build subject matter knowledge and translate complex information into clear, practical learning with subject matter experts. Partner with the Senior Learning Experience Designer to improve clarity, engagement, and ease of delivery. Develop or adapt straightforward presentations, facilitator resources, activities, and job aids when extensive design support is not required. Partner with the Program Manager on program objectives, audiences, schedules, and delivery expectations. Logistics for training sessions such as but not limited to: room reservations (physical or virtual), calendar invites, participant communications, rental equipment if required, additional supplies readiness. Gather learner feedback, support train-the-trainer efforts, and coach others on effective facilitation practices. Travel to Essex locations as needed to deliver training and support L&D initiatives. Up to 20% of travel required. Other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, facilitation, or a related field. Demonstrated experience successfully delivering training in both in-person and live virtual environments. Advanced facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to translate complex or technical information into practical learning. Experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts to prepare and deliver learning programs. Train-the-trainer or facilitation coaching experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and live virtual platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams; familiarity with eLearning authoring and LMS tools preferred. Fluent in Spanish preferred.WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES
Work is performed in office, training room, live virtual, and other business environments and includes in-person work requirements consistent with Essex's hybrid policy. Requires the ability to facilitate for extended periods and travel to Essex locations as needed based on program requirements.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE

The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience; internal equity; and other business and organizational needs.
