This is not a "sit and pet dogs" job. It's active, fast-paced, and requires strong awareness, quick decision-making, and confidence working with large groups of dogs. What You'll Do Supervise and actively manage group play (pack behavior) Maintain calm, controlled environments (prevent escalation, redirect behavior) Safely move dogs between yards, kennels, and grooming Clean and sanitize play areas, kennels, and common spaces Follow feeding + medication instructions carefully Communicate clearly with team members throughout the day What We're Looking For Comfortable handling multiple dogs at once Calm, assertive energy Quick thinker; can spot issues before they escalate Physically active (on your feet, lifting, bending, moving all day) Reliable and punctual (team depends on you showing up on time) Works well in a team environment Bonus Prior dog daycare, boarding, vet, or kennel experience Understanding of dog body language and behavior Experience with large or high-energy breeds Schedule Full-time positions available Weekend and holiday availability required Pay & Perks Competitive hourly pay Tips Opportunities for growth within the company Work with dogs every day in a professional environment Important This is a high-energy, hands-on role.
