The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with animals and providing top-notch care to furry companions. This role involves bathing and trimming dogs of all sizes and breeds, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining a clean and safe grooming environment. Some experience required with paid training to assist in employee development. Responsibilities

• Bathe and trim pets using appropriate grooming techniques
• Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately during bathing procedures
• Assist in nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other basic grooming tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area
• Provide water and food to pets as needed
• Monitor pets for any signs of distress or health issues during bathing

• Likes a fast paced environment and working with your hands.
• Some prior work experience in grooming, willing to learn, fast learner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work Saturdays!
• Comfortable working with dogs all sizes and breeds
• Must be organized, patient, reliable, and able to multitask
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with staff and customers
• Ability and willingness to handle day-to-day customer service challenges
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs, must be able to stand 5-8 hours, position involves bending /carrying/lifting
• Willing to complete training
• Minimum 18 years old
