We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Pet Care Specialist to join our amazing dog and cat boarding and daycare team. Our furry guests are treated like family, and we're seeking team members who take pride in creating a clean, safe, enriching, and low-stress environment where every pet receives individualized attention. What You'll Do Deliver outstanding daily care for boarding and daycare pets, including feeding, enrichment, exercise, and comfort. Closely monitor each pet's physical health, behavior, and emotional well-being, recognizing subtle changes that may require attention. Safely supervise individual and group play using canine body language and behavior to prevent conflicts. Maintain immaculate cleanliness throughout the facility, including suites, play areas, bedding, dishes, common areas, etc. Accurately administer medications and follow individualized care plans. Communicate professionally with teammates to ensure consistent, personalized care for every guest. Assist with guest arrivals and departures while providing a warm, professional experience for pet parents. Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and animal welfare every day. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who: Preferably has professional experience working with dogs in boarding, daycare, veterinary medicine, grooming, training, or animal welfare, but we are willing to train from the ground up. Has a strong understanding of canine behavior and body language. Is calm, patient, observant, and able to confidently manage dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Takes pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organization. Thrives in a physically active environment and is comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds. Is dependable, punctual, and understands the importance of consistency in animal care. Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Is available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. Must be over 18. Is free from dog and cat allergens. Our Standards We believe every interaction matters.

Pay:
