Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 7:00 am- 3:30 pm Barrio Logan, San Diego Real Dog Box is growing, and we're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and not afraid of hard work (or raw meat). This is a hybrid role focused primarily on dishwashing and facility maintenance, with crossover support for our treat-making team as needed. You'll be the reason our equipment stays clean, our floors shine, and our team can stay focused on making the best air-dried dog treats in the game. You'll be in charge of: Washing and sanitizing drying racks, slicing tools, pans, grates, and other production equipment Ensuring warehouse cleanliness by operating a commercial floor scrubber and other janitorial equipment Keeping the dish pit, cooler, freezers, and storage areas clean and organized Breaking down boxes and maintaining recycling/trash systems Restocking cleaning supplies and keeping chemical inventory up to date Laundering aprons, towels, and gloves Maintaining the outdoor area around the warehouse Supporting the treat team with simple tasks in processing, packaging, and shipping when time allows Completing daily and weekly cleaning assignments from your checklist This role might be for you if: You're reliable, show up on time, and are ready to work until the job is done You're comfortable handling raw meat and working in a fast-paced environment You like structure, clear expectations, and take pride in maintaining a clean workspace You can lift 35 lbs above your head and don't mind getting messy Starting pay is $18/hr with an increase to $19/hr with successful completion of 90-day probationary period.
