The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation to and from work as we do not allow drop offs; have a strong background in pet care, animal handling, and veterinary-related tasks. As Kennel Lead, you will supervise staff, ensure the well-being of animals, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment committed to providing exceptional pet care services. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily kennel operations, ensuring efficient workflow and animal safety Train and mentor kennel staff and pet care assistants to uphold standards of animal handling and customer service Maintain cleanliness of kennels, common areas, and equipment. Skills Leadership qualities with the ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, safety protocols, and record keeping This position is integral to maintaining a safe, clean, and caring environment for animals while delivering outstanding service to clients.
