Our groomers and bathers are paid an hourly, as well as a commission and tips on each groom. Duties Perform comprehensive grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and pet coat maintenance tailored to each breed and individual pet needs Handle animals safely and confidently during grooming procedures, utilizing proper animal restraint techniques Conduct pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other hygiene tasks to promote overall health and comfort Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences and post-grooming advice Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, including sanitation of tools and equipment after each use Help maintain front desk while exercising good communication with team members Mange schedule and book appointments Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in dog grooming with a strong focus on dog styling and coat care Provide your own tools Demonstrated ability to handle animals safely and compassionately across various breeds and sizes Excellent communication skills for engaging with pet owners and team members effectively Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and perform detailed grooming tasks Familiarity with animal restraint methods and animal care practices Prior experience with pet nail trimming and animal handling Join us to make a positive impact on pets' lives while building your career in a lively environment that values dedication, skill, and compassion.
