What You'll Do:

Feed, medicate, and exercise our boarded pets with care and consistency Keep kennels, runs, yards, and grounds clean, dry, and comfortable Supervise playgroups of up to 6 dogs, watching for behavior and body language to keep everyone safe Move dogs safely on leash and place them appropriately for their health and comfort Keep fresh water, clean bedding, and cage cards in place at all times Follow daily checklists and safety procedures for every shift Report any incidents right away and pitch in on other duties as needed Attend our Crossroads group class within your first 90 days What Makes You a

Great Fit:

You love animals, especially dogs, and have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with them High school diploma, plus previous kennel or animal-care experience preferred A steady work history and excellent references Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality and safety A team player who takes direction well and follows through on every task Comfortable with physical work — walking, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, hosing, and being on your feet outside Not afraid of hard work, hot days, or getting a little dirty for the pets you care about

Schedule:

Part-time to full-time, including some weekends and holidays. We need AM shifts : 645am to 11am/12pm/1pm/2pm (PT) - they will be asked to work as late as 2pm based on business needs We need PM shifts : 11am-7:30pm (FT) x5 days per week

Pay:

$16.90 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
