Collar Cuts Mobile Grooming is looking to add an experienced dog groomer to our mobile grooming team. We offer a calmer, one-on-one grooming environment where you can focus on quality work, client relationships, and the pets in front of you. Our groomers typically average around 6 dogs per day , allowing for a more manageable pace and better one-on-one care compared to high-volume salon environments. We are an established mobile grooming company with active clients and established routes already in place. Our office helps with scheduling, customer communication, and route management, so you do not need to build a route from scratch. We are based in Broomfield and primarily serve Broomfield, Westminster, Arvada, Thornton, Lakewood, Longmont, and surrounding areas. The workday starts in Broomfield, so reliable transportation to this area is required. If you are an experienced groomer but have not worked mobile before, we can help you get comfortable with the trailer, daily setup, route flow, and mobile grooming process. Responsibilities Perform quality baths, brush-outs, de-shedding services, and haircuts Communicate professionally with clients about grooming needs and preferences Safely handle dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments Check pets in and out Collect payment on-site Keep the grooming trailer clean, organized, and ready for the next day Qualifications Professional dog grooming experience required Strong professional bathing experience may be considered for the right candidate Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to Broomfield required Good communication and customer service skills Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently Professional bathing experience but not yet a full groomer?
