If you have a passion for dogs, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment, we'd love to meet you! As a Multi-Purpose Pet Care & Front Desk Associate , you'll play an essential role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming experience for both our two-legged and four-legged clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervise and safely handle dogs during group play, rest periods, and throughout their stay. Assist with introducing new dogs into playgroups while monitoring behavior and ensuring a safe environment. Learn pet first aid and recognize signs of common canine illnesses or injuries. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized facility by completing daily cleaning and disinfecting tasks. Welcome clients, check dogs in and out, answer phones, schedule reservations, and assist with customer questions. Process payments and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and the highest level of care for every dog.
