The Dog Pawlour is hiring! We're a busy, full-service pet care business with two Fort Collins locations offering grooming, self-wash, daycare, and retail. We're looking for a dependable, animal-loving team member to fill a hybrid role covering front desk and dog bathing/grooming support. Starting at $15.50/hr + tips and nail trim commissions (most team members take home around $18/hr).

What You'll Do:

You'll split time between the front desk and the bathing area across both locations. Some days you're talking with clients and booking appointments, other days you're hands-on with dogs in the back. You'll learn all sides of the business and take on more responsibility over time.

Daily Tasks May Include:

Greeting clients and checking in/out grooming and daycare dogs Bathing, drying, and basic grooming prep (nail trims, ear cleaning, etc.) Scheduling appointments and managing the POS system Answering phones and providing great customer service Keeping the facility clean, front and back Assisting self-wash clients and resetting suites Selling retail products and educating clients on services Working with groomers and the rest of the team to keep the day running smooth

Who You Are:

Experience with animals, preferably in grooming, vet, or pet care Some kind of leadership experience, formal or not. Team lead at a past job, captain of a team, ran a club, anything where you stepped up counts. Good with people and comfortable multitasking Calm under pressure Reliable, coachable, and a quick learner Available 1-2 days per week, Saturday is a must Able to lift 40+ lbs and be on your feet all day
