Job Description

Dog Groomer Compensation:
Commission + 100% of your tips
Schedule:
Approximately 30-40 hours
Position:
Part-time to full-time We're looking for a skilled, dependable, and friendly dog groomer to join our small, family-owned grooming business! This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently. You'll be the single groomer in the shop, working in a quiet, comfortable environment without the hustle and bustle of a large salon. What you'll do Complete high-quality full-service dog grooms Check dogs in and out with clients Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their dogs Provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Keep track of grooming supplies and help maintain inventory Perform basic shop cleaning and laundry Work independently while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment What we're looking for: At least 1 year of professional grooming experience Confidence handling a variety of dog breeds, sizes, and temperaments Strong attention to detail Reliable and responsible Friendly, professional communication with clients Ability to work independently Commitment to providing excellent care for every dog What we offer You keep 100% of your tips Approximately 30-40 hours per week with flexible schedule Quiet, private shop environment You'll be the sole groomer working in the salon Opportunity for part-time or full-time employment If you're an experienced groomer who takes pride in your work and enjoys having your own space to work independently, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay:
$22.00 - $35.00 per hour
