We are looking to add an experienced groomer who shares our gentle, dog-centered approach to grooming. This is not a high-volume, assembly-line grooming environment. We work at the dog's pace and prioritize a calm, one-on-one experience, especially for anxious, senior, and sensitive dogs. We are looking for someone who values quality, patience, and connection with both dogs and their people. Our Philosophy We believe grooming should be about more than a bath and a haircut. We slow down, build trust, and work closely with dogs and their owners to support their emotional and physical well-being. What We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced groomer who is comfortable working independently in a mobile grooming environment.
Our ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced in grooming a variety of breeds, coat types, and sizes
  • Comfortable working with nervous, senior, and sensitive dogs
  • Organized, reliable, and professional with clients
  • Comfortable working independently in a mobile environment
  • Passionate about creating a positive grooming experience Groomers with an established clientele are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do Full-service dog grooming (bath, haircut, brushing, deshedding, nail trimming, ear cleaning, etc.) Groom a variety of breeds, including doodles, double-coated breeds, and large dogs Maintain a clean, organized grooming van Communicate professionally with clients Provide a calm, positive grooming experience aligned with our gentle approach What We Offer

Groomers are welcome to bring existing clients, and we fully support you in maintaining those relationships. If you ever decide to move on, your clients go with you. Bonus available to groomers who bring an established clientele after a successful transition and retention period. Requirements Professional grooming experience Ability to work independently in a mobile grooming environment Strong handling skills and gentle grooming philosophy Excellent communication, professionalism, and client service skills Ability to meet the physical demands of grooming, including standing for extended periods, bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, cleaning, and safely handling dogs of varying sizes Must provide and maintain personal professional grooming tools and equipment Valid driver's license Must successfully complete applicable contractor screening requirements, which may include background and/or driving record checks Must hold and maintain an active Colorado PACFA license (or be eligible and willing to obtain one prior to contract start) If you're an experienced groomer looking for a calmer, relationship-based grooming environment where you can continue building your career and client relationships, we'd love to connect!
