JOB OVERVIEW

Thinking about going independent but don't want the cost and hassle of building out your own shop? We're a self-serve dog wash in Louisville, CO with a dedicated ~500 sq ft space in the back of our facility, plumbing and tubs already in place, ready for a professional groomer to move in and start booking clients. This is a booth rental arrangement: you run your own independent grooming business, your own clients, your own pricing, your own schedule, and pay us a flat monthly fee to lease the space. It's a fraction of the cost of leasing and building out a commercial space of your own, so you can start (or move) your business with much less up-front investment.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• ~500 sq ft dedicated grooming area in a high-traffic retail location
• Use of one of our self-serve tubs (shared or dedicated to you), or bring/set up your own tub and equipment

• Built-in exposure to our dog-owning customer base
• Set your own hours
• no shift requirements, work whenever you want within our business hours

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Licensed/certified groomer with relevant experience (this is an experienced-groomers-only position)
• Proof of liability insurance
• Comfortable running your own independent contractor business (your own booking, pricing, supplies, clients)
• Reliable, professional, and great with dogs and their owners

LEASE TERMS

• 12-month term preferred; 6-month term open for discussion
• $1,500
• 1,800/month depending on final setup

A NOTE ON PAY

This is not a paid/wage position. It is an independent contractor booth rental: you keep 100% of the fees you charge your own grooming clients, and you pay us the monthly rental fee above to lease the space.
