Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Groomer to join our animal care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to a variety of pets, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. This role requires a genuine love for animals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle animals with care and confidence. The Groomer will also assist with pet care routines and support the overall well-being of our animal clients. Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, brushing, and styling for dogs and other pets according to client specifications Handle animals safely and humanely during grooming procedures, utilizing animal restraint techniques as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools and work areas to ensure a hygienic environment Monitor animals during grooming for signs of stress or health issues and communicate concerns to veterinary staff or management Assist with pet care routines such as feeding, walking, and administering medications when necessary Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about grooming needs and aftercare instructions

• Qualifications Experience in pet grooming 2+ years preferred Knowledge of breed standard cuts Strong animal handling skills with the ability to restrain animals safely and humanely Familiarity with pet grooming tools and techniques Ability to lift heavy loads (heavy lifting) when necessary for equipment or animal handling Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compassion for animals This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to animal well-being.
