Responsibilities Supervise dogs during play sessions, ensuring safe interactions and preventing conflicts Assist with dog handling, restraint, and behavior management to promote positive socialization Maintain cleanliness of the facility through regular sanitization, grooming, and kennel cleaning Monitor animal health and behavior, reporting any concerns to veterinary staff or management promptly Support pet boarding activities by feeding, walking, and providing enrichment activities for dogs in our care Engage with pet owners through friendly customer service, answering questions about pet care routines and facility policies Assist with outdoor activities such as dog walks and supervised play in secure outdoor areas Requirements Prior experience with pet sitting, dog training, kennel work, or animal handling is highly preferred Knowledge of veterinary assistant or veterinary technician experience is a plus for understanding animal health needs Ability to perform heavy lifting and team lifting when handling large or multiple dogs safely Strong understanding of animal behavior, restraint techniques, and pet grooming practices Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards pet owners and team members Experience in pet care facility sanitization and maintaining a clean environment for animals Join us in creating a lively, caring space where dogs can thrive!
