Come to work in a busy, well-equipped shop, with a relaxed environment, a nice space to work, and an excellent customer base. We are located on a very busy intersection and have 60K+ cars pass our sign daily. We have a 4000 sqft space, including lots of top end food and retail, 5 dedicated self-wash rooms, and a comfortable 2-3 person grooming shop with a separate bathing/drying room. Cross marketing between grooming and retail/selfwash means an endless source of new clients. Average household income in our customer territory is over $120K, and our groomers make a good wage and tips are generous. We have an immediate need of a full time groomer, but have the client base and plans to add another full time person. We are looking for experienced groomers that want to stay and build/maintain a great client base. We pay straight 50% commission via W2, and can offer health/dental insurance for full time employees. Commission is paid weekly, and tips are taken home at the end of the day. Other compensation plans can be considered, including or excluding a bather

Appointments are mostly booked by our staff, plus we supply grooming software with remote access for the groomers. We provide tubs, tables, cages, velocity and finish dryers, towels, and quality shampoos/grooming products. Groomers bring their own tools. We groom by appointment and send dogs home when they are finished, rather than mass check in for the day
