Job Overview Pawsh Pet Grooming is looking for an Experienced Pet Bather to join our team in Westminster, CO. This is a part-time position for Fridays and Saturdays, with the possibility of adding an additional day in the future. We are looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, reliable, energetic, and experienced in safely bathing and handling both dogs and cats. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with pets of different breeds, sizes, coat types, and temperaments in a busy professional grooming salon. Duties Bathe and safely handle dogs and cats Blow-dry pets thoroughly and safely Brush and de-shed different coat types Trim and file nails Clean ears and perform basic grooming preparation Safely handle pets of different sizes and temperaments Monitor pets throughout the bathing and drying process for their comfort and safety Maintain bathing and drying areas clean, sanitized, and organized Clean and sanitize equipment and tools between pets Assist groomers and other team members as needed Follow Pawsh Pet Grooming's safety and sanitation procedures Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Bilingual in English and Spanish - REQUIRED Previous professional pet bathing experience - REQUIRED Experience bathing and handling both dogs and cats Comfortable handling small and large dogs Knowledge of safe animal handling and restraint techniques Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team Able to work in a fast-paced grooming salon environment Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift pets when necessary Must be available Fridays and Saturdays Strong attention to detail and genuine care for animal safety and well-being
