Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and possess excellent customer service skills. If you enjoy working with pets and providing top-notch care, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Occasionally assist in grooming procedures such as bathing, brushing, and drying pets.
• Handle animals with care and ensure their safety and comfort during grooming sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area. Cleaning is a big part of the job.
• Provide support to the grooming team as needed
• Monitor pets' health and behavior during grooming appointments
• Book appointments and return messages.

This is a big part of the job.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in animal handling or related field preferred
• Knowledge of basic pet grooming techniques is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
