Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Passionate Dog Lover for our Dog Daycare & Boarding Facility! Are you passionate about dogs? We're looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable team member to join our fast-paced Dog Daycare and Boarding facility! What sets us apart? At TBL, we go beyond just supervising play—we focus on training and enrichment to create well-balanced, engaged playgroups. Our structured approach ensures dogs have a fun, safe, and stimulating experience every day!
Position Details:
Part-time, year-round opportunity 15-25 hours per week with potential for additional hours, especially during holidays •Weekend and holiday availability is required. Weekends will include 1-2 Shifts. Those without weekend availability will not be considered at this time.•Immediate hiring with opportunities for advancement for the right candidate! At TBL, the health and safety of our dogs come first, and we expect our staff to uphold these standards with care and commitment. Pay increase based on performance after training is completed. Candidates who submit a cover letter will receive priority consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise groups of dogs with a calm and positive approach, reinforcing good behavior and engagement Assist in enrichment activities to create structured, well-matched playgroups Maintain a clean and healthy environment by performing extensive cleaning duties (picking up waste, mopping floors, washing dishes, laundry, sanitizing kennels) Care for overnight boarders, including feeding, administering medications, and monitoring health and behavior Provide additional services such as baths, nail trims, walks, and enrichment activities Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment while taking initiative Work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, or shine) Stay on your feet and remain active throughout your shift Greet clients with a friendly, professional attitude
