Job Description

Overview We are seeking one person. A dog knowledgeable individual as a Kennel Associate during the week or weekends as needed for more hours . And, on Tues Wed & Thurs .be our Receptionist/Office Worker. A capable organized, detail oriented Office Worker for both shifts. Everyday is a split shift. Hours are 8AM-12PM You Leave.then Return 3PM-6PM The candidate must live within 15 miles of us, have reliable transportation, a strong ability to manage various administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service. Experience with animal care is a plus. All days are both shifts. We are open every day. That includes your availability Mon-Friday and Saturday and Sunday. Ideally one person who wants a 35 hour week and able to fill both these positions. Duties General care and cleaning to maintain our high standards for the dogs and cats. Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their needs in a professional and efficient manner. Handle heavy lifting of supplies, equipment or dogs as necessary. Support pet care operations, which includes animal handling and control. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow. Working on a computer with knowledge of Microsoft Office Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in customer service and dog care is highly desirable. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to our office operations and animal care.
