We are seeking a Daycare Attendant to join our team! You will supervise groups of dogs playing and interacting and ensure that they are doing so properly. There are also cleaning tasks to be done.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and interact with the dogs in a safe and compassionate manner Implement creative activities and training to keep the dogs engaged Create a positive, clean and nurturing environment Perform a variety of tasks, such as cleaning, taking in and releasing dogs to owners, feeding and watering boarding dogs, ensuring proper play and safe interactions between dogs, making sure dog's needs are met. You will get to know each dog individually.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with dogs in a group environment is preferred but not required Enjoy working with dogs and do not mind a sometimes noisy environment Ability to stand on your feet for your whole shift if needed, bend, kneel and lift Positive and patient demeanor Availability for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts Reliability for shifts Flexibility in terms of days and times worked possibly outside of your regular, scheduled shifts

Pay:

$16.39 - $20.00 per hour
